PCTR

Born in 1990 and raised in a small town in South Germany, PCTR doesn’t come from a world of flashing lights, big cities or carefully constructed artist mythology. His music comes from somewhere much more familiar: real life. Musically, PCTR refuses to stay inside a single genre. His current sound moves between emotional EDM, uplifting and melodic trance, Drum & Bass and Neuro-influenced electronic music, while drawing additional inspiration from Pop-Punk, Alternative Rock and modern Pop. Fast rhythms meet emotional melodies. Heavy electronic drops can follow intimate verses. Distorted guitars can exist alongside synthesizers, while some songs work just as naturally stripped back to piano, acoustic guitar and vocals. The common thread isn’t a genre. It’s emotion. PCTR creates music for driving home at night, for remembering where you’ve been, for the days when everything feels possible — and for the ones when it doesn’t.
