From the farthest reaches of the galaxy, an enormous object began approaching Earth—a colossal mothership unlike anything humanity had ever seen. Nations around the world attempted to make contact with the unknown visitors. There was no response. Then, without warning—they attacked. Countless alien lifeforms poured from the mothership and descended upon cities across the globe. Cities were devastated, transportation networks collapsed, and in a matter of moments, everyday life became a battlefield. But humanity was no longer the same civilization it had once been. The war against the Evil Gods had never been forgotten. Humanity had learned from it. The moment the enemy revealed itself, borders, ideologies, and national interests ceased to matter. No single leader united the world. No global command was established. None was needed. Every military force on Earth saw the same enemy. Air forces took to the skies. Navies deployed their fleets. After a devastating battle that left several cities in ruins, humanity finally overwhelmed the alien forces. And in one massive, coordinated assault from across the world, the colossal mothership was destroyed. Humanity had won again. Or so everyone believed. But then—an analysis of the mothership's wreckage revealed a horrifying truth. The enormous vessel that had attacked Earth, and the alien horde that had nearly brought cities around the world to their knees... They were not the main invasion force. Moments before the reconnaissance force was destroyed, an enormous amount of data had already been transmitted into the depths of the galaxy: Earth's weapons, humanity's tactics, its ability to fight, and just how dangerous the human race could be.
