Here it goes, Here it goes, Here it goes, Here it goes, Again, again, again, again, Again, again. Here it goes, Here it goes, Here it goes, Here it goes, Again, again, again, again, Again, again. Jesus saved me. I gotta say it again. Jesus changed me. I gotta say it again. You think you know Him? Here it goes again. I was breathing, But breathing ain’t living. Had a pulse in my chest, Still something was missing. Had excuses rehearsed, Had the blame well-written, Had a door marked grace, But I wouldn’t walk in it. See, pride got a microphone. Fear got a sermon. Shame kept preaching, Said I wasn’t worth it. Sin made promises, Every one of them worthless, Then Jesus stepped in And disturbed the whole service. Wait. Who is He? Not the picture on the wall. Not a name you only whisper When your back’s against the wall. He touched lepers. Loved sinners. Made the self-righteous pause. Carried wood up a hill Knowing death was the cost. That’s love. Not the word we abuse When it’s easy. Love took nails And still said, “Father, forgive these.” I didn’t clean myself up Then come to the King. The King came looking for me In the middle of everything. Here it goes, Here it goes, Here it goes, Here it goes, Again, again, again, again, Again, again. He found me. Again. He kept me. Again. When I ran, He called my name again. Here it goes, Here it goes, Here it goes, Here it goes, Again, again, again, again, Again, again. Jesus saved me. Let me say it again. And you. Yeah, you. You think your story different? You got scars nobody sees ’Cause you learned how to hide ’em different. Smile for the picture. Break when nobody visits. Everybody sees the fruit, Nobody knows what the winter did. But He does. Every night you couldn’t sleep. Every prayer you couldn’t finish. Every time your knees got weak. Every room you walked into Feeling smaller than your grief. He was closer than the breath You were struggling to breathe. You said, “Where were You?” He said, “Right there.” You said, “I can’t feel You.” He said, “I still care.” You said, “I’m too far.” Cross said, “I went there.” Grave said, “He’s finished.” Three days later Empty air. Now tell me What kind of King leaves glory for dirt? What kind of God wears flesh And experiences hurt? What kind of Savior sees The worst thing you’ve done And doesn’t call you your failure, But calls you His son? His daughter. His child. Come home. He didn’t promise You would never know pain. He promised the pain Would never own your name. He didn’t say Every storm disappears. Sometimes He walks through the storm And says, “I’m here.” Again. “I’m here.” Again. “I haven’t left.” Again. “My grace is enough.” Again. So here I am, Testimony in motion. Not because I’m perfect, I just know Who broke me open. I know what mercy sounds like When guilt gets loud. I know what grace feels like When your face hits the ground. I know what peace does When the numbers don’t add. When tomorrow looks strange And yesterday looks bad. I know Christ ain’t a slogan That I wear for applause. He’s the reason I can look At who I was without getting lost. So when you ask me, “Why Jesus?” Because death couldn’t hold Him. “Why Jesus?” Because my shame couldn’t own me. “Why Jesus?” Because He knew me and chose me. “Why Jesus?” Because the tomb opened slowly And history split. And mercy walked out. And people still change When they call His name now. Not hype. Not trend. Not a moment. Not pretend. If you ask me tomorrow? I’ma tell you again. Here it goes, Here it goes, Here it goes, Here it goes, Again, again, again, again, Again, again. Jesus is King. I’ma say it again. Jesus still saves. I’ma say it again. He carried my sin. I’ma say it again. He rose from the grave. I’ma say it again. Here it goes, Here it goes, Here it goes, Here it goes, Again, again, again, again, Again, again. For the one in the dark. Again. For the one losing heart. Again. For the one who thinks They’ve gone too far. Again. Jesus. Jesus. Jesus. Here it goes Again.
