WORLD TOUR #143 – A THOUSAND MILES, ONE MOVIE [INTRO – KING, OWN VOICE] North America is over. But when I close my eyes, the whole movie starts again. [VERSE 1 – KING] New York was the ignition, first night, first plan, then the road kept opening wider across this giant land. Vegas neon, too much madness, California stole the view, San Diego, L.A., Santa Barbara, every mile felt new. Pismo, Santa Cruz, San Francisco by the bay, Jorge, giant gardens, redwoods rising all the way. Humboldt deep in green, Crescent City by the sea, one last West Coast sunset before the road set us free. [HOOK – ELINE & FREJA] One road, one crew, a thousand memories, from city lights to endless trees. Six voices, one way, ten hearts in motion, one crazy tour from coast to ocean. [VERSE 2 – KING] Oregon brought a brand-new look, Pacific Sixliner rolled, Portland, Olympia, Tacoma, Seattle rain and stories told. Snoqualmie, Wanapum, Spokane, Montana wide and clear, Yellowstone and Old Faithful blowing steam into the air. Cody, Bighorns, Sheridan, Devils Tower standing tall, Mount Rushmore, Wall Drug shopping till we almost bought it all. Minuteman and 1880 Town, Dignity at sunset glow, Mitchell Corn Palace, sculpture parks, and still more road to go. [VERSE 3 – KING] Then the weather stopped the laughter, Worthington turned dark, tornado ripping through the night and tearing up the park. We stayed, we helped, we carried on until some hope came back, Minneapolis and First Avenue put music on the track. Milwaukee with the seagull battle, Chicago scoreboard fun, Indianapolis flooding showed that not every day could run. Detroit Jit, Malik dancing, Cleveland losing all control, Pittsburgh black and gold and every mistake turned into soul. [HOOK – ELINE & FREJA] One road, one crew, a thousand memories, from broken roads to victories. Six voices, one way, ten hearts in motion, we turned the whole damn map into emotion. [VERSE 4 – KING] Cedar Point: me and Alex scared, Matteo ate too much again, Marko beatboxed rollercoasters while the dancers chased the insane. Kennywood got roasted hard, Phantom tried to take the crown, Seven Springs in summer green, no snow but plenty going down. Disc golf hit me like a time machine, Thailand came alive, putter, midrange, driver, old letters from twenty-fifteen survived. Springfield chased a yellow family that never showed their face, eight people planting fake clues all over the place. Boston held the final stage, harbor lights and one last roar, then saying goodbye to our Sixliner hit us harder than before. [BRIDGE – KING, OWN VOICE] People think a journey is made of places. It isn’t. It’s made of what happens between them. The wrong turns. The mistakes. The people. And that one sentence: “Come on… one more.” [FINAL VERSE – KING] Ten people in the core, sometimes guests came for the ride, we had laughter, fights and detours, but never boredom by our side. Alex held the plans together, Matteo answered back in rhyme, Marko turned the world to rhythm, every highway into time. Eline, Freja carried hooks, four dancers turned the stages bright, and I stayed up front with the mic — honestly, that felt right. USA was just a chapter, not the ending of the world, Canada, Alaska, Mexico still waiting to unfurl. Berlin underneath us now, but this country stays inside, every road, every stage, every completely stupid ride. KING: “Is that it?” ALEX: “For America.” KING: “Good.” Pause. “Then let’s plan the rest of the world.” [OUTRO – KING, OWN VOICE] Not everything fits into one song. But enough does, to remind me every single time why we started in the first place.
