North of Alaska #1

[Verse] North of Alaska where the cold winds moan An old man sits on his velvet throne His beard like a cloud his laugh like a drum The magic of Christmas has just begun [Chorus] Oh north of Alaska where the ice winds blow In the Northpole dome with a golden glow The elves keep crafting they never slow North of Alaska the world says hello [Verse 2] His elves are busy with their tiny feet Making gifts for children so kind and sweet With hammers and brushes they paint and they sew Building joy in the frost and snow [Prechorus] The stars hang low in the Arctic sky The reindeer stretch their wings to fly [Chorus] Oh north of Alaska where the ice winds blow In the Northpole dome with a golden glow The elves keep crafting they never slow North of Alaska the world says hello [Bridge] He checks his list it’s long and neat Who’s been naughty who’s been sweet A wink a nod the sleigh takes flight Racing the dawn through endless night
