[Verse] I’m not that man, the man who tells you what you want to here, I speak the truth, and I live by faith Ive never lived by fear, you see my Jesus has my back, strengthens me in what I lack, so if you think I’m gonna say, to follow him is the easy way, Well I’m not, you need to understand, I’m not that man. [Chorus] When you Ask Christ into your heart, darkness will depart, but you need to know the road ahead, Is not as easy as they said, Satan will come after you, in just about everything you do, but don’t stress, because Jesus covers you, his Love will always see you through. People will forget to tell you this, but I will tell you what I can, cause I’m not that man. [Verse2 ] I’m not that man, who runs away when things get really hard to bare, I will always be, a warrior for my savior who will meet you there, I will do my part and give, in Christ I will truly live, to help you follow in his word, you can trust in all you’ve heard, If you think that I won’t lend a hand, I’m not that man. [Modulated Bridge] Your life, is in the masters hands, He will never give you more than you can stand, God loves you, your part of his great plan some may disagree, but I’m not that man. No, I’m not that man.
