Soaring as an Eagle Verse 1 When the road is long and the night feels cold, I will trust the One who holds my soul. Though the winds may rise and the mountains stand, I will keep my faith in His mighty hand. Pre-Chorus He gives me strength when I am weak, He gives me courage when I seek. With every step, I’m moving higher, My heart is filled with holy fire. Chorus I’m soaring as an eagle, Higher than the clouds I fly. With my eyes upon the Savior, I will spread my wings and rise. I won’t fear the storm around me, I will trust Him all the way. I’m soaring as an eagle, By His grace I’ll rise each day. Verse 2 When the world says, “You cannot go,” I remember the God I know. He renews my strength and makes me new, And He gives me wings to carry through. Bridge I will rise, I will rise, With my faith lifted to the skies. I will run and never faint, I will praise my God again. Higher, higher, I will go, By His power I will grow. Final Chorus I’m soaring as an eagle, Higher than the clouds I fly. With my eyes upon the Savior, I will spread my wings and rise. I won’t fear the storm around me, I will trust Him all the way. I’m soaring as an eagle, By His grace I’ll rise each day. Outro I’ll keep soaring, I’ll keep flying, With my faith in God abiding. Like an eagle in the sky, With the Lord, I’ll rise. 🦅✨
