Beyond the last breath

Verse 1 Under the shade where the banyans sway, Sāvitrī smiled at the break of day. Satyavān walked with an open heart, Though fate had written they soon would part. Golden leaves in the morning breeze, Whispers moved through the ancient trees. Every step was a sacred prayer, Love already waiting there. Pre-Chorus When the silent forest stood still, Beyond the river, beyond the hill, Yama came with calm embrace, Time reflected on his face. Chorus I will walk beyond the last breath, Beyond the gates of life and death. Hand in hand though worlds divide, Love will always be my guide. Dharma shines where shadows fall, Faith can answer every call. Even destiny must bow, To the truth we carry now. Verse 2 Yama spoke with quiet grace, Wisdom resting on his face. “Turn back now, your path is done.” Still she walked beneath the sun. Not with sorrow, not with fear, Only words both bright and clear. Every answer born of light, Turning darkness into sight. Bridge Grant my family joy once more. Let compassion fill each shore. Grant a future yet unseen, Fields forever fresh and green. Yama paused and gently smiled, “You have spoken, noble child.” Life returned with dawn’s first ray, Night surrendered into day. Final Chorus I will walk beyond the last breath, Beyond the gates of life and death. Love is stronger than the sky, Stronger than the final goodbye. Sāvitrī, your flame still burns, With every soul that seeks and learns. Where devotion lights the way, Hope is born with every day. Outro Through the forest, through the years, Beyond all longing, beyond all fears. Love and dharma stand as one, Like the rising morning sun.
