[Verse 1] Beloved, hear it now The season turned again The old fight lost its grip The night could not stay in What once resisted me Is yielding at my door The road that looked too long Won't stretch like that anymore [Pre-Chorus] The wilderness was unknown No, it was my fire It taught my hands to stand It trained my hope higher The chains of delay are falling The past is losing ground [Chorus] Your time has shifted now Your time has shifted now This time, it will work (it will work) This time, it will last (it will last) Your time has shifted now Your time has shifted now What God has released No darkness can hold back (hold back) [Verse 2] The doors that would not move Are opening with ease The tears I buried deep Are turning into seed I walked through worn-out days With mercy in my bones Now faith is building things My hands can call their own [Pre-Chorus] The wilderness was not the end It shaped the song in me It broke the lie of lack And made my sight believe The old cycle is ending A new decree is loud [Chorus] Your time has shifted now Your time has shifted now This time, it will work (it will work) This time, it will last (it will last) Your time has shifted now Your time has shifted now What God has released No darkness can hold back (hold back) [Bridge] The promise is in view I can see it with my own eyes My feet will walk there now My voice will rise, will rise The place where I once wept Will hear my victory The past cannot follow me Heaven has marked me free [Final Chorus] Your time has shifted now Your time has shifted now This time, it will work (it will work) This time, it will last (it will last) Your time has shifted now Your time has shifted now I will see the promise I will see the promise (Your time has shifted now)
