When the night was long, When my strength was gone, You were there. When my heart grew weak, When I could not speak, You were there. I carried burdens I could not lift, Searching for answers in the wind. Trying to heal what I had broken, Holding on with trembling hands. Every road I walked grew darker, Every dream felt far away. Yet Your mercy kept pursuing, Calling out my name. In my weakness You were faithful. In my silence You were near. When I thought the story ended, Your voice broke through the fear. My Risen King, My living hope, My Savior and my song. You live forever. You reign forever. You heal forever. My Risen King. Jesus Christ is risen from the dead. King of kings forever reigns. Lord of lords exalted high. You are alive today. Morning found me in the ashes, But Your grace was like the dawn. Where the sorrow once had covered, Now Your light is shining on. Every wound begins to soften. Every chain begins to fall. What the grave could never hold, Now stands above it all. You have carried every burden. You have seen each hidden tear. And the love that raised You from the grave Is meeting me right here. My Risen King, My living hope, My Savior and my song. You live forever. You reign forever. You heal forever. My Risen King. Jesus Christ is risen from the dead. King of kings forever reigns. Lord of lords exalted high. You are alive today. You are the healer of the broken. You are the peace within the storm. You are the voice that calls the weary. You are the shelter from the war. Let every heart begin to worship. Let every soul begin to sing. Heaven and earth together crying: Jesus is our King. Hallelujah, Christ is risen. Hallelujah, He is Lord. Hallelujah, hope has conquered. Jesus reigns forevermore. My Risen King, My living hope, My Savior and my song. You live forever. You reign forever. You heal forever. My Risen King. Jesus Christ is risen from the dead. Exalted as the King of kings. Lord of lords forever reigning. All creation sings. My Risen King lives. My Risen King reigns. My Risen King heals. And He lives forever.
