the sun shines bright it’s a summers day and the kids are all out side at play but i wait for this season to move away cause i wish it was Christmas and as they hunt their Easter eggs and hop around on bunny legs i wonder why i feel this way cause i wish it was Christmas why aren’t there any trees to trim as i run through the snow I’ll look up for the Christmas star to point me were to go at the Fourth of July parade i see no reindeer pull a sleigh Santa must be on holiday but i wish it was Christmas snowflakes float my way and cover all around cause i just can’t seem to wait till santa comes to town the month of March just go away even though it’s my birthday cause when the candles are blown out on my cake i wish it was Christmas
