[verse 1] This theatre has a role to play We're all actors in the world We're at the heart of the community And the curtain has unfurled The stage is set for songs of love And tales of friendship too The story is about the renewal of vows And promises, when only promises will do [Chorus] This theatre is the hub We have a manifesto We're going to love you all Whether you're largo, or presto The theatre is both young and old The theatre is both slow and fast Together we bind everyone together Whether friends, family, or cast [Verse 2] This theatre is the backdrop For stories about cohesion Our script describes the transformation Of lives and dreams, and reunion We act to bring it all together Before the show takes place The bonds that we look after Are bound by a hopeful race [Chorus] This theatre is the hub We have a manifesto We're going to love you all Whether you're largo, or presto The theatre is both young and old The theatre is both slow and fast Together we bind everyone together Whether friends, family, or cast [Verse 3] With people from all walks of life Strolling through these doors We are at the heart of the community And we're looking after you and yours For though the passing years cannot predict What twists and turns that life will bring We can only put on our show And act, laugh, cry, and sing [Final chorus] This theatre is the hub We have a manifesto We're going to love you all Whether you're largo, or presto The theatre is both young and old The theatre is both slow and fast Together we bind everyone together Whether friends, family, or cast [Outro] We love you all We love all of you Each and every one
