+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ English Lyrics: I ride across the wide heath, no lord, no land commands me. My shield is scarred, my sword so old, yet love bears me through the wood. Knight unbound, through wood and land, outlaw, with sword in hand. Through need and strife, through storm and plight, the hedge-knight fears no death. Ever I ride, ever free, no lord can bind or master me. Sword and shield, my chosen charge, hedge-knight, outlawed and at large. No keep, no crown, no fine array, yet ever do I ride the way. The wind my cloak, the stars my roof, this rider seeks no word of proof. Love makes quest, and battle calls, his heart bears heavy burdens all. Yet still his freedom stays steadfast, his journey ends not, nor is past. Knight unbound, through wood and land, outlaw, with sword in hand. Through need and strife, through storm and plight, the hedge-knight fears no death.
