✧16🔮Fetch Him Back!
Lore of track 16: When Eun-ha realizes that Doom has not come after she called him, she visits the shaman and asks for her advice. [Verse 1] I knew her only through his stories, the woman Doom would sometimes name. A ghost-seer, so he had called her, yet never quite the same. Before that Dol Dom came to ask a favor, a charm to hide from mortal eyes. "If she could even see the spirits..." he said, then smiled too wise. So when she crossed my threshold quietly, I wondered what had brought her here. Not yet the truth. Not yet the reason. Only questions... and a trace of fear. [Verse 2] She spoke of Dol Dom's strange appearance, of storms that carried more than rain. A nameless hunger, ghosts devoured... a balance breaking once again. She hoped that Doom would know the answer, would know what all these signs might mean. "Doom did not answer my call. That should have been impossible. We have a con..." She bit her lip. Then fell silent. I did not ask. [Chorus] If Agwi is truly waking, then we need Doom here. More than storms, more than old legends, his absence is what I fear. Some roads are walked by choice alone. Some doors are opened from within. But if the balance starts to falter, we cannot let the darkness win. [Bridge] Dol Dom believes what he has witnessed. Legends seldom rise from air. If Agwi truly walks behind this, the danger waiting there is real. Doom did not vanish. Doom chose to leave. Doom walked toward something only he could face. You speak of Agwi. You speak of the storm. You hoped Doom would know what must be done. No... You came because he is not beside you. [Verse 3] So I gave Eun-ha my answer. The answer that she truly needed: The path begins inside his ruins. There he left a part behind. Leave behind what remembers you. Every traveler through time must leave an anchor. Bring his anchor to him. That will remind him … but I cannot promise your return... only that the road is open. Your choice to follow or stay. [Chorus] If Agwi is truly waking, then we need Doom here. More than storms, more than old legends, his absence is what I fear. Some roads are walked by choice alone. Some doors are opened from within. But if the balance starts to falter, we cannot let the darkness win. [Outro] She bowed her head. No tears. No protest. When she turned and walked away, her steps were heavy... yet certain. She had already made her choice.
