Lore of track 10: Eun-ha's boss takes her to a Shelf-Sitter House. She learns to help a ghost move on. [Verse 1] My boss came back from holiday. Everything looked just as he had left it. He seemed pleased. So was I. Then he found the house without an owner. He congratulated me. He waited for my story. I looked away. [Pre-Chorus] How could I explain the ghost? How could I tell him the truth? He let the question go. I was grateful for that. Instead he showed me another shelf-sitter. [Verse 2] The old house stood silent. The dining room was upstairs, the kitchen far below, with an old service lift between. "It has been repaired," my boss began explaining. "It works perfectly every time..." Then suddenly— RATTLE! The lift crashed down by itself. My boss ran downstairs. I ran upstairs. [Verse 3] A ghost-boy stood beside the shaft. He did not threaten me. He only waited there. I did not understand. Doom appeared. Without a word, he pulled the lift back up. The ghost-Boy sent it crashing down again. RATTLE! [Bridge 1] This sound for one enjoying for the other annoying. My boss... ÄHRG HÖRM... ...groaned somewhere below. Doom looked at me, then at the ghost-boy. ...miro (miro) A small encouraging nod. [Verse 4] I pulled the lift back up. This time I held it fast. The ghost-boy reached for the handle. I would not let go. "Where do you belong?" He looked down at the floor. He reached again. I kept holding. "Where do you belong?" He became a little more transparent. One more time. I held the lift. I smiled. "Where do you belong?" The ghost-boy smiled back... and faded away. [Chorus] I didn't know the answer. I only stayed awhile. Sometimes a quiet question is stronger than denial. I just tried looking forward... guided by a smile. [Bridge 2] I turned around. Doom was already gone. ...miro (miro) I hurried downstairs. "The problem is solved!" [Chorus] I didn't know the answer. I only stayed awhile. Sometimes a quiet question is stronger than denial. I just tried looking forward... guided by a smile. [Outro] My boss looked at me, as if he wanted to ask a hundred questions. Instead he only smiled. "If that is true..." "You did very well." There are buyers who would love a house with a nostalgic service lift.
